I am looking for geneology links in the Cherokee Nation. Where can I find these?

I have the names of William Webb, who I think was originally Chief West before he changed it. He was married to Inesent Blue Brown, full blood Cherokee, and they had a daughter, Francis Caroline Webb known to be the full blood daughter of a chief.
