What do i have to do to make my car burn pure ethanol ?

im gonna invest in buying a still and getting a permit and making my own fuel , seems more economic and probly better for the enviroment , but the question is what modifications do i have to make to my veheicle to burn ethanol and what % alchohol by volume does the ethanol have to be to burn in an engine? do i have to add octane to it or will it burn by itself
