I have really big blue eyes, but when i put makeup on they look tired and ... well.. fake. need makeup help!!!

i have really pretty blue eyes whenever i put makeup on they look either trampy or fake, also i have really big dark circles under my eyes tht i inherited from my dad and thus my eyes always look tired, i just want a way for my eyes to loo super good without looking fake, trampy, or like im about to die.... any advice works thanx
