On Bollyp.com, watching movies, then, message, account blocked bcause I use 4 IP address, I only have 1?

I emailed Bollyp.com like 5 times and no reply- I changed my pword and no new pword- has anybody had success comm with Bollyp? What does 4 IP address ...account blocked message mean?
