Reverend, Minister, Pastor and Preacher: What's the difference?

A reverend is someone who is ordained, which in most traditions requires at least some higher education. Minister is more functional role and really can apply to every Christian, pastor denotes leader/shepherd and preacher is basically a title that refers to one part of the job.
