Premiture ejaculation?

my boyfriend only last 1-3minutes. sometimes as soon as he gets in he blows. he has done all the excersizes ive found online, he has also tried about 4different thing from ami, lozengers, tablets, cream, spray. none of it has worked! help!!!!
