Restore Desktop PC TO Factory Settings?

How can i restore my Fujitsu Desktop PC to factory setting am a novice at comp please make it simple Thank You PS also i keep getting come up COM Surrogate has stopped working and cant do any thing comp just stop doing any thing again thank you if you can help
