Why don't the cubs sign Scott Podsednik?

Posednik has been injury prone the last few years. That is the real question. Can he stay healthy? If yes then I agree it would be a good signing on the offensive side. Defensively he is average at best, weak arm and again he needs to stay healthy to cover CF.
