I'm working on oil rig in qatar & i work 2 months & come home for one month for vacation so i want to know

i want to know that is there any institution where i can do correspondence course of electrician or a/c mechaniclike i come for vacation for 26 days in that period i would like to do the course & then after 26 days i go back to work for 2 months & when i come back after 56 days on my vacations continue the course for 26 days & so on till the course is completed because i don't have time to do the course or i can't leave the job for the course so can you guys help me out of these.
